The revised version of the stamping unit represents a comprehensive redesign of the already familiar model. The new version of the stamping unit has been fundamentally optimized through numerous changes and improvements. Features such as the one-handed adjustment of the stamping width or the front-mounted pressure control valve make the pre-stamping process much more pleasant. At the heart of the machine are the revised stamping jaws with quadruple stamping serration and modified contour. This version is designed for materials with a hardness of up to 35 HRC. Compared to the previous version, the Makro•Grip® FS stamping unit now has an extended stamping width up to workpiece length 260 mm, which means it can cover larger clamping ranges in 5-axis machining.
