You would like to return a loan to us, have ordered an item incorrectly or an item was delivered incorrectly by us? You would like to register a quality-related claim or repair?

To ensure a smooth handling process, we ask you to fill out the return form as detailed as possible and attach it to the goods, for the purpose of accurate allocation.
