Key data at a glance
In addition to the stamping unit, its stamping jaws have also been revised and optimized. With a continuous serration, the contour in the workpiece blank changes at the same time. In combination with new, matching serration on the clamping jaws of the Makro•Grip® FS vises, a form fit is created that enables even higher holding forces than before (up to 60% depending on the material and stamping depth). The Makro•Grip® FS stamping jaws now have a total of four rows of teeth and can be turned after one row has worn out. This High-End version is ideal for pre-stamping materials up to a hardness of 45 HRC.
