This version of the automatic zero point clamping system is compatible with the RoboTrex and RoboTrex Compact automation solutions. With a repeat accuracy of < 0.005 mm, the zero point clamping system guarantees precision and consistently high production quality. The zero point clamping system is actuated pneumatically via the interface on the robot gripper, but can also be controlled by the machine tool. The 52 mm zero point grid allows the Night King and Makro•Grip® 77 vise types to be mounted. Thanks to the four clamping studs on the underside, the zero point unit guarantees an exceptionally fast and precise set-up process, resulting in adaptable automated or manual production processes.
