These base jaws are specially adapted to the vise base of the Makro•Grip® Aero clamping system and are ideal for automated OP 20 machining. They form the stable basis for safe and precise clamping during the second clamping operation. With their dovetail guide, the base jaws are compatible with the standard Avanti 77 top jaws, which are available in different heights and in aluminum and steel versions. The combination of robust base jaws and proven top jaws guarantees high repeat accuracy, reliable fixing and maximum efficiency in automated machining processes, especially in those of finishing complex parts and shapes.
