Makro•Grip® Night King – A raw part vice for automated manufacturing

With the Makro•Grip® Night King, LANG Technik presents a pure raw part vice that is specifically designed for accessibility and holding force and thus serves the essential requirements of 5-axis machining. The new 5-axis vice offers an excellent value-for-money ratio and knows how to fully convince with the benefits of the proven LANG stamping technology. Particularly in larger quantities, e.g. when used with LANG's RoboTrex automation, its favorable purchase price pays off and ensures high cost savings. It is also a thoroughly attractive option for multiple clamping systems of all kinds, such as on clamping towers for horizontal centers or clamping bridges. The Makro•Grip® Night King is 100% Made in Germany and available from €345 (Prices may vary depending on sales region and country). The Night King is available in a version with a jaw width of 77 mm and a max. clamping range of 120 mm. On the side surfaces of its base body there are grooves for mounting on the RoboTrex 52 automation trolley as well as for the robot gripper. Thanks to the new gripper exchange interface on the RoboTrex 96 robot, the Night King can be used not only with RoboTrex 52, but also here.
