Your tasks essentially include

Responsibility for ERP project areas such as data migration, reporting, dashboards, interfaces
Customizing of masks and UI elements as well as collaboration in test and quality management
Close cooperation with specialist departments and external service providers during technical implementation
1st & 2nd level support incl. analysis and coordination of troubleshooting
Optimization of processes and data flows in our application and system landscape
Shared responsibility for IT security, authorizations and system stability

You have the following skills and qualifications

Completed IT-related training or studies in (business) informatics
Professional experience in the ERP, application or system environment
Knowledge of ap+ (customizing, reporting, authorizations) an advantage
Good knowledge of SQL, ideally supplemented by Java and XML
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
